If you like what you see and hear (we believe that is the most important part at this stage), then you can ask us to do an assessment. We can do this face to face or virtually, which ever suites you. You may even want to come and spend a couple of hours with us before you arrange the assessment, just to be sure. The assessment is nothing scary, we just need to make sure we have the skills to support you and support you well.

Once we have done the assessment, we will be able to tell you how much the service will cost. It is important to do this after the assessment as every person is different and has different needs. It is not one size fits all and we are sure you would not expect it to be. We make it a personal service to you and indeed, the support you need, another person may not.

Tell your social worker about the service - they will want to make sure that it is right for you, can support you to achieve things and of course, that you are getting the best for what you will pay. Sorry to talk about money - but it is an important part of the steps to joining us.

Once you, your circle of support and your social worker has agreed, we can set a start date for you. This is the most exciting part where you actually get to e a member of our team. Great news!
